Analysis of Competitors Fight in Business Technology Sector

The thesis analyses competitive environment of suppliers of concurrent quality control technology in industrial enterprises and research laboratories. The thesis provides concepts for a creation of competitive advantages and related higher evaluation of costs and diferentiation than competition. Further it compares technologies from various manufacturers, comparing economical and technical parametres. The evaluation of results follows a presentation of approachs to achieve the most efficient competitors fight management. The thesis also include prognosis of future conditions in the business technology sector on Czech and Slovak market and concept of an appropriate format of effective competitive intelligence. In conclusion there is a presentation of a quality and quantity concept evaluation with emphasis on economic gain of presented solution.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the impact of process innovation in the field of sales at company Bednar FMT s.r.o. in 2014–2018. The theoretical part defines specific terms related to process innovation as well as terms and indicators of financial analysis. The analytical part describes the monitored company from the point of view of basic data, it also provides information about process innovation and financial analysis is carried out on the basis of theoretical background.
Theory of inventive problem solving

This thesis deals with methodology for creating innovative concepts and their solving. More precisely, TIPS methodology „Theory of inventive problem solving“. This thesis is divided into four parts. In the first part, this methodology and its five basic tools are introduced. The second part provides introduction of software Goldfire Inovator including the tools which could be useful for students working on their projects. Third part demonstrates TIPS methodology on the innovation of wind power plant supported by software Goldfire Inovator. The fourth part evaluates advantages and contributions of TIPS methodology for education and practice.

The thesis deals with designing a concept for developing the innovation potential of a telecommunications company. The theoretical part presents factors influencing innovation potential, as well as approaches to evaluating and measuring related variables. In the analytical part, the company is introduced, and the current situation is described by combining several approaches. Based on the results of the analytical part, proposals for solutions are developed. The resulting concept for developing the innovation potential of the company will serve as a guide for further work with innovation within the company.

Comparison of legal regulation of patents in the Czech Republic and the People's Republic of China - Abstract This thesis compares legal system of patents in Czech Republic and People's Republic of China with the focus on Patent Laws and other legislation in respective countries. The aim of this paper is to present the approach that Czech and Chinese society adopted with respect to patent law, together with its' historical evolution in both compared countries. This historical insight into the evolution of patent legislation is aimed to help the reader to understand, why certain legislation is present in national patent laws, even though both countries are members of WTO and WIPO and parties to Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property. Another goal of this thesis is to compare the national patent legislation of individual patent institutes, to highlight the differences of such patent institutes and map the influence that the international treaties and international organizations have on the national patent legislation of its' respective country. Finally, this thesis will attempt to briefly introduce the Chinese system of patent enforcement and its practical application when the patentee seeks patent enforcement with Chinese authorities. Comparison of patent law in the EU countries

This Diploma thesis, called "Comparison of patent law in the EU countries", deals with legislation of invention patents and their protection in selected countries such as Germany and the Czech Republic. Within Europe there is an attempt to harmonize the legislation in the field of intellectual property rights in all member countries and to create a unified legal system. A patent is the most important object in protection of industrial property. The secondary objective of this thesis is focused on the identification of the re-sponsible authorities and to determine the financial and time requirements for obtaining a patent. Next major objective is the evaluation of the use of the patent protection within the Czech and German universities, research organizations and private companies and then their transfer of technologies. The practical part contains the analysis of both selected countries from the per-spective of patent law, valid legislation, the responsible institutions and patent statistics for the last ten years. Additional chapter discusses the results of research and development in the university environment at three universities in the Czech Republic and Germany. The analysis is focused in particular on the procedure of obtaining a patent, then also the influence of the local authorities. The comparison of these two countries has revealed some certain similarities, but also striking differences between them. The Czech Republic is currently also slowly dis-covering the benefits of patent protection, but the results can be evaluated only after some time interval.

Patent system in the Czech Republic

Submitted master thesis discusses patent law legislation in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this thesis is to examine current legislation in particular with the focus on gaining the patent protection as well as following proceedings and to point out possible uncertainties and particularities of such proceedings given by special nature of patent proceedings in relation to administrative proceedings in general. Considering the mutual bond between the substantive and procedure patent law, this thesis also deals with selected substantive issues. Except for the introduction and the conclusion the work is divided into six chapters. These chapters are notionally split in two main parts. First part consists of first three chapters and is considered to be the introduction to the issue of patent law; second part, consisting of last remaining chapters, represents the core of the thesis on its own. First chapter deals with defining the main terms in the field of patent law and intellectual property law as such.
